German Pancakes

For breakfast when the family is in town.

German Pancakes

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup flour, sifted
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons soft butter

Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Butter two 9-inch cake pans well.
Place eggs in blender and process on high until light yellow in color.
Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
Pour into prepared pans and bake for 20 minutes; then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 10 more minutes.
Serve.
