4 cups confectioners’ sugar
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
3 tablespoons meringue powder
1/2 – 3/4 cup warm water
Combine sugar, cream of tartar, and meringue powder.
Add enough water to make a thick frosting.
Beat on medium to high speed until stiff peaks form; 5 to 7 minutes.
