Rosemary’s Christmas Spritz Cookies

Rosemary’s Christmas Spritz Cookies

2 sticks butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 3/4 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend softened butter and sugar until creamy.
Add beaten egg and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add dry ingredients to butter mixture.
Spritz onto lined baking sheets.
Sprinkle with decorative sugar.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden
