Meatloaf – Really Good Meatloaf

Really Good Meatloaf
     slightly adapted from Butter Yum

2 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 cup minced onion
2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed
4 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons honey mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup ketchup

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 
In a large bowl, mix together everything except the sauce ingredients. 
Form into 2 loaves and place in a greased 9×13 pan with 1 inch clearance all around.
Mix together the brown sugar and ketchup, pour evenly over the loaves. 
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. 
Remove foil, baste meatloaves with sauce from the bottom of the pan.
Return to the oven, uncovered, for another 5-10 minutes. 
Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
