Fresh Fruit Pizza

1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup icing sugar
1 cup flour

8 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Seasonal fruit (banana, strawberry, kiwi, star fruit)

2 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Combine butter, icing sugar and flour and press into pizza pan. Prick crust severa times with a fork and bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Beat together cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and vanilla. Spread over cooled cookie crust.

thinly slice seasonal fruit and arrange over cream cheese layer o cookie crust.

Combine cornstarch, pineapple juice, 1/2 cup sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan, cook over medium-high heat until thickened, stirring frequently. Drizzle glaze over pizza to completely cover the fruit. Refrigerate.
