1 pre baked pie shell
4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
3 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups water
1 (3 oz) package strawberry Jello
Place sliced berries in pre-baked pie shell.
Combine constarch, sugar, water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer to thicken. Remove from heat, add Jello and stir until dissolved. Pour over fresh berries and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
