Vietnamese Egg Rolls

2 pounds ground pork
2 cans lump crab meat
1 lbs chopped shrimp
2 carrots, shredded
1 large can mushroom pieces
2 onions, shredded
rehydrated bean threads
Tablespoon salt + pepper
MSG
eggroll wrappers
egg, to seal
